System Architect
CurrentLeads and participates in the development of the Company’s systems design and operations, including software training curriculum programs and design, oversight of Help Desk, and evaluation of systems for the Company’s team members from diagnostics to solution implementation. Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware and software. Responds to all help desk queries, trouble shoots issues, and determines and implements solutions. Responsible for working with senior staff in designing and assuring the effective utilization of technology to ensure team members are able to effectively perform the duties of their positions.
