My responsibilities entailed administering a Debian LAMP server, and Postfix email server which were used to serve Icehouse's domain hosting accounts. I also maintained a Horde/IMP webmail service on the web server. I created a custom domain control panel using PHP/smarty and MySQL which allowed our customers to perform all basic administration functions on their domain as well as making site usage statistics available. I then went on to create various tools in PHP for use by Icehouse Internet's tech support team including a trouble ticketing system, a RADIUS log query tool, and various others.
