Technical Lead
CurrentThe Consumer Support and Technical Lead role serves to translate customers' problems into actionable solutions across several functional areas. Technical Leads provide escalated product and customer support so situations requiring elevated assistance on a global stage. With a focus on managing and trying to salvage escalated cases while championing continuous improvement cross functionally. Leads collaborate and communicate with organizational stakeholders providing insights and analysis into product performance, product quality, and product information issue trends negatively impacting customer experiences.Consumer Support and Technical Leads function as a part of product core teams acting as the voice of the customer when making considerations to NPI and in-life changes. This is achieved through reviewing, editing, and assisting in the creation of product information from FAQs to in-box and online manuals and installation guides. Additionally, Leads are a key player in the design and implementation of new processes and tools used through the Support teams as we are part of the Customer Support Operations teams.
