I graduated from San Juan College's School of Energy program Industrial Process Operator Program with my Associate of Science Degree. Hands on experience in running different modules.• Learned valve line up, level control, flow control, temperature control, heat exchangers and safety devices.• Learned how to read and use P & ID’s and PFD’s• Lab training using titration, PH meters, turbidity and using buffers• Safety training around equipment and chemicals• Recorded keeping and detailed log books• Troubleshooting on each one of the modules• Running extraction module and controlling a column extractor. Flow ratio of the two feeds are study.• Running a fixed bed reactor module that use strong acid ion exchange resin to convert sucrose to glucose and fructose• Running a distillation module, mixture of ethylene glycol and water is brought to a boil under vacuum • Learning• Running the BTG (Boiler, Turbine and Generator) module, uses a broiler, steam turbine and generator that produces 480 VAC/3 Phase electricity
