* Greet all guests who enters the centre* Assist and gudie them regards services fits on their kids* Discuss promotions or seasonal services* Record correct guests information needs and input on the system including parents or guardian name, kids name, contact number* Ensure all guests will followed safety protocols are being followed and discussed before entering the play area* Upselling And Cross selling retail products in cluding toys, learning books, back to school products* Collecting lost and found items and report to Team Leader on duty* Merchandise retail products and ensure that all are being scanned in the correct prices* Manage visitors log and ensure everyone are recorded before entering the centre

* Assist guests who enters the attraction* Ensure all safety guide lines including kids height are followed before entering the attraction ride* Inform all guests in the ride are following safety instructions before the ride starts including no mobile phones, sharp objects and loose clothing while in the ride* Ensuring all safety belts, harness, safety bars are properly close and safe for all guests* Received guests and unloading them to the exit in proper instructions* Track walk at the opening and closing to ensure the ride is ready for the guests* Report any lost and found items to team leader immediately

* Assist all guest who enters the shop* Give correct product information according to the theme or designs* Merchandise products and ensure that everything will be sold at the correct prices* Receiving payments in cash, debit, discount vouchers * Stock ordering according to the shops needs and quantities in each of the products* Handling guest queries and complaints and report to retail team leaders* Upselling and cross selling to achieve store weekly and monthly targets

* Greeting customers who comes in the store to ascertain what they need* Cashier - Receiving payments by cash, credit card, vouchers or automatic debits* Issue receipts - refunds, credits or change due to customer needs* Ensure received cash floats on the cash till is complete and adequate change* Merchandising - Ensuring that the right amount of goods are available in the store and being sold at the right prices* Sending sales report on the end of the day* Handling customer queries and complaints* Answer product questions with up to fate knowledge of sales and store promotions
