The Recruitment team provides professional services in the areas of recruitment & resourcing. I contributed towards these services by coordinating and organising Shell Recruitment Days for both Graduate and Professional Hire candidates, C.V screening, and attending careers fair’s to represent the Shell stand. Focal point for all enquiries related to interviews and recruitment days from clients, and recruiters as well taking responsibility for all related logistical and administrative work for both Professional Hires and Graduate candidates.* Contribute to the overall delivery of graduate and experienced recruitment targets through the timely placement of candidates into client businesses. * Exceeded Professional Hire targets set - Coordinated 77 interviews in 2007 against a target of 60. * Successfully met Grad targets by coordinating 12 interviews in 2007. * Coordinating Nigerian, Asian, and Exploration & Production (EP) Grad Shell Recruitment Days. * Responsible for the screening of commercial and technical C.V’s and then deciding whether candidates should be progressed to interview stage. * Focal point for recruitment for Shell Global Solutions Germany. * Focal Point for recruitment for Exploration and Production Norway. * Updating and maintaining the reporting of Attraction & Recruitment activities. * Coordinated and attended Gourami in Portugal (one of the 3 routes to enable graduates into Shell). * Coordinated and attended a Graduate Shell Recruitment Day in Stavanger, Norway * Attending careers fairs regularly to act as a business representative for Shell and to answer any queries anyone visiting our stand may have.
