Well, what can I say about my work? My work makes me smile. My work makes other people smile. My work makes me want to come to work! (Although, lets be honest, "coming to work" means turning right at the kitchen, taking 3 steps - one over the sleeping dog - and walking into my office)What makes me good at my work? I think it is because I have had such a wide range of experiences which has allowed me to communicate with all different types of people in so many different situationsI have journeyed from being a teacher to auditor to z grade television celebrity (please don't google me, it's not pretty) to restaurant owner to NDIS Plan Manager and Business Relationship Manager for Plan Tracker.What do we do? Essentially we are NDIS plan intermediaries. But in reality that does not even remotely define our work. And for this I am thankful :)We are a plan management and self management organisation and community and we are committed to making the NDIS experience for our customers as positive and as fulfilling as we can. We believe in self direction and we have the tools, the technology and processes to enable this.There is nothing better than being able to see and hear the relief in our customers when we are able to simplify the NDIS - to help make connections, to help explain what can be alienating and intimidating. I love making support coordinators lives easier by offering a timely, reliable and efficient plan management system for them to depend on and feel confident recommending. How do I do this?
