Managed day-to-day training operations to achieve best training experience for candidates. ● Supervised 10 trainers, handling 20 trainees per batch. ● Determined and implemented new training strategies, procedures and materials based on organizational and clients’ needs. ● Reduced customer complaints and designing new training guidelines and curriculum affecting customer service. ● Coordinated with HR admin and operations management team in creating complaints reduction policies.● Conducted re-training sessions for outliers and gauging success rate of said sessions by monitoring their performance. ● Created strategies to increase training pass rate by reducing training attrition using different engagement techniques to improve candidates’ camaraderie and participation. ● Monitored first month performance of new hires in operations and providing necessary training support to increase new hires’ key performance index. ● Communicated training goals to trainers. ● Updated current and designing new training procedures and strategies. ● Kept track of all training department’s kpis (pass rate, attrition rate, cost per hire, etc) ● Coordinated with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. ● Interviewed eligible candidates for teaching, training and level testing positions. ● Prepared weekly reports to clients to show tasks in progress, training kpis, complaints count and action items to resolve current issues.
