Mr Justin T. Franklin provides the AFLCMC HC/MC-130J Aircraft Program Office acquisition and sustainment (Life Cycle) logistics support focused on integrated product support spanning 12 product support elements. In this role he develops and implements comprehensive product support strategies for the weapon systems and its modifications. He assures achievement of desired product support outcomes through development and implementation of appropriate product support arrangements. He reviews product support arrangements between the product support integrators and product support providers to ensure performance requirements and resource allocations optimize implementation of the product support strategy. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the Command Weapons Functional Manager for Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.Mr Franklin is a proud veteran who retried from the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant after 30 years of service. His military background includes various duties in aircraft armament at the unit and major command levels. His assignments included bases in Michigan, Arizona, and Texas; and overseas in Korea, Germany, Hawaii, and Japan where he served as the "War Chief" and Wing Weapons Manager for Misawa Air Base. His many deployments included support of Operations DESERT STORM, SOUTHERN WATCH, ALLIED FORCE, IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM.
