I began my design career in 2017 when I moved to Las Vegas to start CSz Las Vegas, an improv company that brings high energy, family-friendly entertainment to Las Vegas. As Co-Manager and the Artistic Director, it was my responsibility to not only manage our team of over 30 performers, but also learn the most up-to-date design and marketing techniques to begin building and growing our brand. As I became more involved in the local arts community, I began attending, performing in, and helping market shows across Las Vegas. I fell in love with creating content to build our community. Promoting the bustling and talented arts community around me has been a driving source of inspiration for the work I do.In the summer of 2020, my work led me to form a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee with a few other theatre owners and performers. As a member of several underrepresented minority groups, I have always had a passion for ensuring that spaces are safe and accessible to all communities. I am thankful for the ability to help other spaces work towards achieving true equity, while continuing my own learning, and working with a team of colleagues who believe in the same mission.In January of 2021, I decided to make the jump to freelancing as a graphic designer full time. I have been happy with the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from restaurants, universities, small business, and more. I'm highly motivated to keep growing my skills as a designer and artist, and using those skills to build the diverse communities that are important to me.
