- Manage Microsoft Configuration Manager, Teams telephone system, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Office 365
- Coordinate with department leadership teams to recommend, configure, and deploy hardware and software solutions
- Produce documentation to align with new initiatives and modify existing documentation and communications to address ongoing challenges and ensure up-to-date information
- Organize and lead projects that assess the technological needs of various departments, collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, and implement solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance organizational efficiency by absorbing responsibilities from other workgroups
- Leverage training resources to bridge knowledge gaps within the team and the broader organization, contributing to a knowledgeable and skilled workforce
