Organize and manage all four Prosperity Now affinity networks: affordable homeownership, intergenerational wealth, financial security, and community tax preparation. Lead individualized quarterly engagement meetings for the twelve-person Steering Committees and twenty-person working groups for all four affinity networks to ensure strategic alignment with the Prosperity Now portfolio goals. Liaise between the Policy, Communications, Development, and Programs teams to inform and articulate the individual needs of Prosperity Now’s four affinity networks and their stakeholders. Lead facilitator and planner for the community tax preparation affinity network convention (VITACon) which has grown from 80 attendees to more than 220 under my supervision. Serve as a planning and content lead for at least three sessions for the biennial Prosperity Summit and VITACon.

Provided year-long 1:1 technical assistance for two separate organizations in key portfolio areas: emergency matched savings in Tribal communities in Oklahoma and entrepreneurship in the Twin Cities. Lead the execution of public facing reports on financial well-being at tax time and outreach strategies for VITA sites. Provided facilitation and technical support for the two-day virtual community tax preparation convention (VITACon 2021). Selected as a member of a twelve-person committee focused on creating an inclusive culture and DEI framework via an internal Culture Action Group.

Facilitated growth the community tax preparation network from 800 members to more than 10,000 by providing technical, logistical, and programmatic leadership.Created and maintain the most trafficked resource on Prosperity Now’s website: a community tax preparation training platform called VITA-Train. Created, organized, and executed the first-ever community tax preparation affinity network convention (VITACon) in 2017 in Minneapolis with 80 attendees. Wrote and edited more than 40 monthly community tax preparation network newsletters, blog posts, and a featured resource toolkit to implement savings at the tax site. Managed and presented at two sessions focused on community tax preparation for Prosperity Summit in 2016 and 2018. Hosted and organized multiple webinars for Prosperity Now on platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
