Drove product direction and system requirements by learning a sizeable amount of surgical neurophysiology, observing over 50 surgical procedures, and planning and executing multiple large animal studies.• $15 million annual international business unit, which held 80% US market presence.• Pioneered advanced algorithms which had not been previously used in medicine.• Successfully researched and delivered a game-changing “surgeon nerve proximity” algorithm using closed loop feedback and signal hunting algorithms.• Co-authored FDA-compliant agile software lifecycle process with “requirement through result” traceability.
