Implemented process for creating and implementing trackable monitor flows while identifying and solving problems with creation and breakdown of all monitor lots.• Completed time study project for all trackable monitor flows, including data collection, analysis, and projections. This project was run on a 9-month schedule with the purpose being to precisely measure how much time was required to run each type of trackable monitor. The data was then used to create a report that determines future head count requirements as new trackable monitors are tested and released. • Oversaw project to remove 500+ reticles from the fab for obsolescence, including transportation, staffing, and storage. This project was on a strict deadline to complete in less than two weeks with minimal staffing over Christmas.• Responsible for multiple daily deadlines of building trackable monitors as well as managing reticle tasks.
