Developed brand strategy + identity, and custom Squarespace website designs for mental health professionals across the country. Responsible for marketing and selling services to new clients via social media and in-person events by connecting and relating to said clients. Ideated and created logo systems and identity systems for new clients based on our brand strategy session documents and client feedback. Conceived and implemented concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversaw them to completion. A short-term contract with Redirect Health: Shot and edited video shorts for the company’s media outlets and onboarding process. Increased brand awareness with environmental graphics and marketing collateral for sponsored events. Reworked a number of internal and external documents, including health insurance summaries, and employee evaluations. Created environmental graphics for the company’s newest health clinic location. Made edits to the company’s website in the Wordpress platform.

Created a brand identity, as well as a logo, a business card template, and website elements for a local psychotherapy startup. Opened a new market for the business to explore by researching, brainstorming, and creating a new visual direction. Produced a user-friendly business card template to be used by any future designers taken on the team. Generated additional traffic by creating a number of cohesive visual elements for the redesigned website.

Managed and maintained a household of four for over two years, including keeping schedules, planning menus and activities, as well as tracking monthly finances and multitasking and delegating a number of small project at any given time. Managed a group of approximately 150 third-party vendors to ensure they met company standards with drop ship timeframes. Produced daily reporting for the Supply Chain Manager and other executives using a combination of Excel and web-based software to uncover potential inefficiencies in the drop ship program. Provided biannual feedback to vendors noting areas for improvement and answered inquiries from the Customer Service team with a commitment to provide a response for the customer within two business days.

Lowered incoming call and email volumes by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely manner. Created life-long OnlineShoes.com customers by meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Increased overall sales with suggestive selling. Provided prompt follow-up for order issues that required assistance from other departments.
