After being hired in 2016 I was promoted from a package handler to an operations supervisor after 70 days of working. After spending some time as an operations supervisor managing 20 individuals I was then later promoted to plant engineering supervisor. While being a plant engineering supervisor I helped improve the companies sort-reports by better communicating to the local team and the corporate team about daily events that would take place involving the automated system built. I also helped the plant engineering team establish a new way to record and pull data using excel. I also helped with training supervisors on the equipment and writing sort-reports all over California while mentoring them to help them better improve their work environment by helping them understand the material as much as possible.
