I have returned to the wonderful world of ticketing! I couldn't be more excited to join TixTrack and aid in their growth as they scale to enable a modern, digital-first ticketing experience. Previously, I was a member of Verizon's Advanced Acquisitions Analytics team. My responsibilities included building propensity and optimization models, generating high quality lead lists, or visualizing new opportunities for rolling out 5G & FiOS for Verizon's B2B offerings.Prior to that I worked on combining Broadway’s passion for the arts with the benefits of data-driven decision making. My work involved transforming data into relevant insights and products for the benefit of one of America’s largest theatre owners as well as shows including Hamilton, Wicked, and The Lion King. From wrangling data out of legacy systems to standing up real-time streaming data access in the cloud and feeding it to a predictive model, I made it my mission to generate value by communicating the right information to the right people. I found that process usually begins by listening to the teams around me and prioritizing where I could have the biggest impact.
