IT and Help Desk support for five dealership locations. Providing broad systems support, maintenance and repair including remote desktop access, network, hardware, software installation/configuration, email, printers, tablets, smart-phones and other devices. End user account creation and administration. Creating dealer specific iPad accounts, VPP (Volume Purchase Programs) support and custom iPad deployments. Staging, cloning, and imaging of computers to company specification for deployment across multiple locations. Analyzing IT procedures for process improvement and developing support documentation. Analyzing and developing equipment refresh work flow based on expected product life cycles and fiscal evaluation. Managing computer replacement and upgrade projects. Primary equipment used: Windows based PC's, smartphones, iPads, tablets, Windows OS (XP, Vista, Win 7), Linux based servers, VNC remote access software, print servers, network hardware.
