CurrentI transitioned into this role to lead the implementation of our first PSA software. This software replaced our disparate CRM, support ticketing, and project management solutions with a single platform. This has unified our customer data and records and democratized visibility across pre- and post-sale teams in our organization. I worked with each team to understand their work in their current solutions, how we could bring those methods to a new platform, and connect those workflows with other teams. We're now using technical workflows and runbooks to enforce business process and facilitate automation, even extending into external apps via API.
