Maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on Halliburton equipment. Performs inspections required by the company, and government entities. Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

•Lectures on theory, operations, and initial maintenance skills and directs hands-on practical training on multiple aircraft engines and propellers to over 250 students annually. •Administers written and practical progress checks, computerized examinations and evaluates hands-on performance with a staggering 98% pass rate.•Prepares lesson plans, study guides and provides improvements to course control documents and instruction materials for course improvements.•Provided over 3000 instructional hours to students from 9 differing countries around the world. •Tutored and gave over 75 hours of special training to students in need of assistance and had a 100% pass rate from those students.•Liaison to over 200 students in their transition from students to professionals.

•Maintained operational readiness on 10 HC-130P aircraft valued at $771 million.•Complied with upgrade qualifications, performed inspections, Time-Compliance Technical Orders, and assured maintenance integrity concepts.•Managed personnel and provided feedback to immediate supervisors on troubleshooting, supply, and aircraft related problems.•Deployed to 3 different locations and maintained multiple aircraft in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Unified Protector (OUP). While on these deployments became fully qualified in another career field called Aerospace Maintenance. •Took on major project from senior management and designed entire Foreign Object Damage (FOD) program and led over 260 FOD walks with zero incidents during a 6 month stay overseas.•Appointed as the Fitness Program Manager and managed exercise program for 245 members.
