As Vice President of Membership & Strategic Growth for the Hampton Roads Chamber, I am here to help your business flourish. I am proud to say that The Hampton Roads Chamber is the largest Chamber in the Commonwealth of Virginia.As The Chamber continues to expand, we maintain our commitment to provide economic opportunities for multifaceted businesses. Within this role, I am responsible for serving a region, which is home to 1.8 million residents to establish and maintain a platform for businesses to succeed.Much of my inspiration stems from Douglas MacArthur who said, “A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.”A few of my skills include leadership, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, problem solving, and development. Currently, I serve on a plethora of boards, committees, and assignments such as the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau, Honorary Commander of the 63 Intelligence Squadron - United States Air Force, Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, LEAD757, etc. I am also heavily involved in serving my community by volunteering with several non-profit organizations throughout the region.On a personal note, I always aim to learn something new that will allow me to better support the needs of others.
