Mr. Terry is dedicated to providing large and small organizations with meaningful program management and legal support. Previously, he served as counsel to a large insurance company, providing defense litigation services, managing a sizeable caseload. Drawing upon his litigation and portfolio management experience, Mr. Terry has provided meaningful program management and legal support for smaller organizations—particularly as concerns federal procurements and contract management, and operational support for J. Terry & Associates, Inc. Justin holds bar licenses in New York State, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He also holds the certification of Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), issued by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and the credential of Project Management Professional (PMP), issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Finally, Justin holds a specialized legal degree in Government (Public) Procurement from The George Washington University Law School.
