Founded in 2022, Osprey Strategy Group (OSG) seeks to provide evidence-based, concrete, actionable, and lucrative advice to nonprofits in New England and beyond. With a combined 30+ year career in nonprofits, Rebekah and Justin bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any project. Oversaw all day-to-day operations of Bottom Line’s College Success Program in Massachusetts including a staff of 4 managers and 18 counselors spread across 2 sites (Worcester and Boston), serving ~1,700 college students.• Created annual success program calendar and effectively led execution of program planning and implementation goals• Worked with National Program team to set Success Program direction including program planning, evaluation, and development• Supported external efforts through media appearances and donor relations efforts• Built strong collaborative relationships with educational and community partners; Served as primary point person for Bottom Line's involvement in Success Boston college completion initiative• Oversaw hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of all Massachusetts Success Program staff

• Supported a caseload of 35 low-income and first-generation high school seniors in navigating the entire college and financial aid application processes including college lists, essays, application, FAFSA, and more• Provided one-on-one support to a caseload of 50 low-income and first-generation college students at local colleges to ensure that they stay enrolled and on track for graduation by connecting them with campus resources, assisting with financial aid and life issues, and developing their employability skills• Assisted with planning and implementing summer transition programming for incoming college first years including workshops and one-on-one meetings

• Coordinated all aspects of college prep program for high school afterschool program of 200 students• Wrote dynamic curriculum and facilitated weekly college prep workshops for 9th-12th grade students• Managed a caseload of 30 12th grade students, helping them with applications, financial aid, scholarships and the transition to college• Planned and executed local and out-of-state college trips• Planned agency wide retreats and college prep summits• Assisted with the day-to-day operations of the afterschool program
