I co-founded Natural Object in 2022. I am a real estate development professional with over ten years of experience in project management, construction management, leasing, marketing, public policy, community development, special district formation, urban planning, and urban design. I am an equity partner and was the Vice President of Development at Zeppelin Development from 2016 to 2021 where I oversaw the development of over $100m in projects since 2012. Under my leadership, Zeppelin built some of the most notable retail and hospitality projects in the region including The Source Hotel and Market Halls, Zeppelin Station and Comal Heritage Food Incubator, a restaurant and training program providing skills in culinary arts and business as a platform for economic development to immigrants and refugees from countries like Mexico, El Salvador, Syria, Iraq, and Ethiopia. I excel in streamlining communication and coordination between the multitude of stakeholders fundamental to the development process including owners, tenants, brokers, designers, municipalities and contractors. Utilizing my background in urban planning and community development, I led the 2015 formation of the 400-acre River North Business Improvement District, an innovative special taxing entity that funds arts, culture and placemaking initiatives in Denver’s RiNo Art District. I sat on the RiNo Art District Board and I chaired the RiNo BID board from 2015 to 2020. I was named a Denver Business Journal ‘40 Under 40’ Recipient in 2020.
