Senior State Official for environmental regulatory programs at IDPH. Provided technical expertise and management to IDPH regulatory programs and lead multi-discipline teams in response to significant disease outbreaks in Illinois.  Lead the State of Illinois’ response to the 2015 Legionnaires Disease outbreak at the Illinois Veterans Home – Quincy, including emergency mitigation and implementation of a $10M remediation project. State-wide lead addressing Lead in Drinking Water in Illinois including lead service line replacement.

Leader of technical operations supporting the Hefty One-Zip line of consumer products. Supervising engineering and maintenance staff. Operationalized R&D and capital projects including ROI development and P&L impact.

Technical Operations Manager with responsibility for all facility and manufacturing engineering. Implemented an $8M annual operating budget, as well as $5M in local and $100M in corporate capital. Responsible for delivering complete projects including design, bidding, procurement, construction, and commissioning for capital projects.
