Studio camera operator for multiple podcasts, variety comedy shows, and more

Contracted with Microsoft, I am directly responsible for making the internet safer, protecting free speech and defending Microsoft product users (Bing, Edge, etc.). Specializing in child exploitation content and adult content. Doing this involved: researching and resolving all issues related to graphic material; effectively identify problems by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools; able to manage internal escalations received and escalate to law enforcement as necessary, all done in a timely manner.In addition to my normal investigations, I was also 1 of 2 members of our team that would handle requests directly from different global government agencies, showcasing my ability to discern between distinct guidelines specific to varying countries' laws and regulations.

As a team lead, I would manage the day-to-day planning and operations of my team. This includes making sure that each of my teammates delivers on their SLAs and achieves their KPIs; making sure everyone adheres to their schedules; training and helping in the development of my team by conducting coaching sessions; creating performance reports and documenting feedback from our client; and managing issues that might arise, including HR-related ones.

I would sort through different social media content to ensure that they adhere to client standards. In this role, I consistently met KPI metrics, so much so that I would also help audit the rest of the team to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.This content would include graphic violence, sexualized material, bullying/harassment, and regulated goods (weapons, drugs, etc.)
