As an Account Manager at Speed Fastening Inc. and Uxport Tools Inc., I work with trade contractors within the ICI construction industry to help eliminate any frustrations while sourcing materials. As a Job Site Specialist/Account Manager at The Fastening House in Toronto, Ontario (central and northeastern GTA area), I work with small to medium sized companies within the ICI industry to help eliminate any frustrations while sourcing materials. Additionally, I provide industry leading solutions that tackle the ever increasing labour costs prevalent on todays job sites. I am typically focused towards the Mechanical and Electrical trades, however I do cross over to many other trades in order to support their material sourcing pressures.

As an ICFR, I developed corporate partnerships with construction companies, trade schools, union halls, end users and distributor partners to utilize strategic marketing programs to increase market share of SBD brands within the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional construction industry. This was done through existing relationships as well as, cold calling both jobsites and construction companies offices and executing jobsite events to deliver new product innovation and create brand awareness.

At SBD, I was responsible to meet and exceed sales targets within my territory by maintaining 100% in stock levels, developing creative in store product promotions, executing product demonstrations to end users and performing product knowledge sessions to store associates. This taught me the importance of developing and maintaining relationships with Store Managers, ASM’s, Department Managers, Merchandising Managers and other key associates.

During this time period I compiled, organized, scheduled and communicated Vendor specific information regarding regional and national resets in Big Box hardware retail stores such as Home Depot and RONA. While travelling across Canada executing new store openings, I monitored the progress of resets involving 90 employee's to ensure all in-store teams were completed on time and on budget.

I executed in-store resets while leading up to five person teams.
