My engagement at Slater and Gordon included managing a merger and acquisition project, coordinating IT upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, and standing up an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to govern the multitude of projects underway at that time.

At Powercor I led several high profile projects - including a complete redevelopment of their corporate website, and a series of projects to deliver automation and efficiency benefits to back office operations.

Patrick AutoCare is a logistics company in the automotive industry, and initiated a program of work to modernise several disparate systems into a single staff portal to deliver efficiency through the organisation. I led the initiation and design phases of the project that got the program kicked off and ready to be built.
