Working as a part of the Svea Finland's marketing team has enabled me to expand my expertise beyond social media marketing and work persistently towards making Svea a stronger brand. My role as a Project Coordinator put me in the middle of our clients' social media content planning, production, publishing and reporting. My clients included some of the best known companies in Finland, like Fazer, Neste and Kesko.- Coordinated and led projects of both B2C and B2B clients from various industries- Planned and produced social media content.

During my four month trainee period I was able to step into the world of social media marketing.- Planned and produced social media content for various clients - Followed, analyzed and reported gained social media marketing results- Monitored clients' social media channels

During third summer I handled more responsible tasks, for example placing Finland's budget order for SS17. I was also more in touch with our customers and solved the problems they were facing. - Placed orders and budget orders to company’s ERP-system- Handled customer complaints- Represented the company at fairs and acted as a sales representative- Aided.

I placed daily and pre-orders and was responsible of handling the customer complaints. In addition I answered to our B2B and B2C customers questions'. The Marketing Manager left me responsible with some tasks, for example updating our retailers to our company website and translating print ads.

During my first summer as a sales assistant at Fenix Outdoor Finland Oy, I learned to use their resource planning software, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and placed daily and pre-orders. Moreover, I was handling the customer complaints. I was also representing the company at fairs and events.

I gained experience about customer service. I was able to utilize my language skills while helping the consumers to find a right product. In addition, handling difficult customer complaint situations increased my interaction skills.
