I am a self-motivated IT professional with experience in large-scale deployment and project analysis. My responsibilities include analysis of new technologies and applications and how new product acquisitions will impact current business processes. I am also responsible for coordinating system upgrades and determining what upcoming changes need to be reviewed and addressed as potential issues for business owners and end users. Along with project analysis duties, I am responsible for technical support of current systems and applications as backline support working directly with vendors to resolve issues when necessary. In addition I have some development skills as some scripting and database maintenance.My current focus is on revenue cycle business processes, supporting the corporate central billing office as well as supporting Health Information Management - Medical Records, and Case Management departments. Since the bulk of my responsibility lies in supporting hospital environments, I understand that urgency and accuracy is required in supporting the end user. I have been responsible for many project implementations that have had a positive impact on Select’s business model. My role at Select Medical focuses primarily on software support, upgrades, and implementation. However, I have extensive experience supporting software applications as well as server and PC hardware. My early career experience allows me to integrate into any environment and become a valuable asset to a team. I also have a natural ability to communicate effectively and lead projects when given the opportunity to do so.
