I am responsible for maintaining current systems, internal networks and external WAN's. Trouble shooting, upgrading and patching COTS products from switches and routers to printers, scanners, desktops, tablets, phones and some time's space heaters all the way up to core production servers. I provide project management, research and introduction of new technology as it applies to the streamlining and increasing efficiency, work flow and though put so as to affect the bottom line in a positive direction with less, all while providing 24x7 on site and remote support via phone, internet and in person.

I preformed systems installation and maintence for a national customer base of hospitals and imaging clinics where radiology images were transported electronically to other hospitals, clinics and radiologists homes.

This was a company that was in the Teleradiology Buisness when the Industry changed to PACS. They handled the Oklahoma Telemedicne Network deployment and day to day maintance. I was the Help Desk Supervisor.
