I am a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Geology with an Environmental Engineering concentration and a minor in Environmental Sciences, giving me experience in environmental remediation, site assessment, and mapping. Upon graduation, I completed OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification as per (OSHA CFR 1910.120 (e)3) and I am currently preparing to take the Fundamentals of Geology. I finished a five-year internship at the United States Geological Survey in the Cooperative Research Units in March of 2015, giving me experience with state natural resource agencies across the country. With undergraduate research and five years of experience in administration at USGS, I gained advanced practical and technical knowledge in office management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. I’ve gained leadership experience and skill at moving and managing multiple crews as a field coordinator on the I66 Transform Project for Terracon. I have experience with drilling, concrete, and soil inspection across the DC metropolitan area as well as rock coring and interior test pits at West Point USMA, NY.
