Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli continues to maintain the brand's reputation as a global leader of high fashion and innovation.In this role, I managed a team of talented and passionate selling professionals in the United States Flagship location on 5th Avenue in New York City. In addition to the day-to-day business operations, I also operated as a brand ambassador assisting with trainings, new store openings, marketing initiatives and special projects.- Managed accessories budget and team of selling professionals and support staff- Traveled internationally with a global buying team to source products for US stores- Spent one-month in Dubai overseeing the inaugural opening of Valentino’s flagship store for the MENA region; trained staff, conducted SWAT analysis to ensure consistent brand experience in new location.

Vince, established in 2002, is a leading global luxury apparel and accessories brand best known for creating elevated yet understated pieces for every day effortless style. Known for its range of luxury products, Vince offers women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories through 51 full-price retail stores, 18 outlet stores, and its e-commerce site, vince.com and through its subscription service Vince Unfold, www.vinceunfold.com, as well as through premium wholesale channels globally. In this role I was responsible for experiential marketing strategies to enhance the selling experience and expand brand reach. My goal was to develop and maintain consistent relationships with local and national clientele through innovative strategies, creative outreach, and meaningful partnerships.

Romeo Hunte New York is a definitive lifestyle apparel brand created for those who appreciate intricate details. Designed in New York City, the collection embodies an aesthetic that is edgy yet sophisticatedwith a balance of feminine and masculine attributes. The brand emphasizes impeccable transitional yet transformable pieces.I worked in partnership with IMG Worldwide to produce Romeo Hunte's first New York Fashion Week presentation for the Fall/Winter '17 collection. I commissioned Australian artist James Peter Henry for "Peace in Chaos," a series of abstract paintings to serve as the backdrop for the presentation. Diversity was very important because we wanted the models to be a reflection of what New York really feels like. I worked with Ben Kutner on the sound design to create an industrial and mysterious ambience that put the focus directly on the collection.
