Current𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞:TTO is a queer owned and led theater company that celebrates art by, for, and about Queer and Transgender People of Color from Boston. Our mission is to present liberating art by, for, and about queer and trans people of color that transcends artistic boundaries, celebrates cultural abundance, and dismantles oppression.My primary responsibilities include oversight of all organizational finance, HR, and operations to ensure efficient organizational functioning.Key Accountabilities Include:✅ Build financial review policies to allow for greater efficiency in overseeing organizational cash flow and financial position✅ Orchestrate organizational budgeting process for each department, including mid-year review and adjustments✅ Create brand new organizational operations and HR plans during pandemic to ensure staff are supported and can complete jobs remotely✅ Guide organization through major executive transition✅ Create succession and professional development plans to retain staff as they grow into newly defined roles ✅ Negotiate benefits with vendors and facilitate staff input into plans purchase process✅ Implement MA paid family & medical leave and execute registration and benefits for out-of-state employees✅ Oversee administration of payroll and retirement disbursements as well as maintenance of employee files✅ Facilitate anti-racist allies caucus to explore ways to support colleagues of color and examine biases, behaviors, and processes that can be improved to create a safer and more equitable work culture✅ Design performance management plans and implemented collaborative process to coach employees and ensure successful completion of plans ✅ Formulate and update human resource policies, benefits, and annual review system to create a climate that attracts and motivates a diverse staff✅ Overhaul IT systems and executed plan to obtain computers, server, and WiFi systems✅ Instituted new staff retirement plan and professional development funds
