While working at The Shalom Foundation, I have been responsible for composing letters and reports, entering and retrieving data from their databases, as well as maintaining their Facebook, website, and other social media.

While on staff with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ), I was responsible for planning events to help students in our organization get connected with each other. I also led regular small group discussions and engaged closely with others doing peer-to-peer, one-on-one mentoring and counseling.

Working at Big Lots, I did far more than my simple job description as a "Furniture Associate." While the furniture department is where most of my work was concentrated, I could be found all over the store. A great deal of flexibility, focus, and discipline was required of me to manage my shift responsibilities across multiple departments while assisting customers all over the store with questions about merchandise and sales.

As a Resident Assistant, my primary responsibility was to foster community and fellowship. I made it my goal to transform my dorm, especially my floor, into somewhere people actually wanted to live through planning events for my floor and my dormitory, while also setting and upholding rules and community standards.

My position at Captain Memo's was primarily geared toward hospitality and entertainment. I made it my goal to ensure that all mateys on board our cruise, kids and their parents had the time of their lives. The rest of my piratey crew and I would do this through storytelling, playing with and interacting with kids, as well as dancing, singing songs, and acting out brief skits.
