I oversee the strategic and tactical operations on the Audit of Corporate Shared Services comprised of three sections with 17 FTEs, namely (1) Audit of Finance and Support Services, (2) Audit of Information Systems, and (3) Fraud and Special Investigations.

I Was appointed as the highest Internal Audit Officer in the organization for an interim role by the Audit Committee. Acts as primary liaison between the department, the Audit Committee, and the Management.

I handle the Audit of Finance and Support Services (AFSS) Department of RAFI MFI’s Internal Audit Group providing assurance and consultancy services for the Micro-Finance program. Managed 7 FTEs.

I was the highest-ranking finance, controllership, and regulatory compliance officer responsible managing the resources of the organization towards its strategic, financial, and compliance objectives. My responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, banking, credit and collection, compliance and taxation, documentation, and process-improvement. Oversees 15 full-time employees across VISMIN. MDR Group comprises of corporations involved in real estate and distribution of ICT products.

Supervised the Internal Audit Team to complete audit engagements mandated by the Audit Committee & BOD thru the Chief Audit Executive.

Supervise audit team throughout audit and other assurance engagements. Address audit issues and difficulties encountered. Review outputs for finalization. Meet with top management to report status of audit staff workloads, help out in strategic planning and problem solving for issues within the firm.
