As the Director of Inside Sales and Project Quotations I am responsible for deriving strategies to optimize effective management of our inside sales teams. I am the primary point of contact for the inside sales manager, project quotations manager, and order entry manager. My goal is to oversee and facilitate the achievement of short term and long term.

I am the primary point of contact for the Senior Management teams analytic needs (weekly/monthly reports, project software breakdown to Outside Sales groups, overseeing training regimen of internal courses by Outside Sales groups, etc.). I am also involved in delivering training and upskilling on computer needs to our Inside Sales staff & Outside Sales.

John was responsible for the national role strategy in RBC Insurance's proprietary Field Sales channel. He designed, implemented, and maintained substantial design/redesign of compensation structures and systems for RBCI's sales team, managers, and senior managers.

John's ultimate goal was for insurance professionals to realize their personal and financial goals - by effectively helping their clients do the same. John helped dozens of sales professionals develop a superior standard of doing business.

John was the manager of the only RBC Insurance branches in the Kitchener/Waterloo/ Cambridge/Guelph area. John led a specialized team of professionals that had tremendous experience with a full suite of insurance products/services.

John traveled to different sales offices throughout Southwestern Ontario as acting branch manager when the permanent office manager resigned or required significant time away from the office. John coached and managed insurance advisors as they offered RBC Insurance products and services to clients.

As an insurance advisor with RBC Insurance John assisted clients with their entire insurance portfolio. John was licensed to sell and service life, health, home, auto, and travel insurance products and services, and had the ability to refer to numerous partners specializing in other financial aspects.

John obtained his General Insurance License and worked in the Home & Auto department at RBC Insurance's national office. John was responsible for sales and service of new and existing clients in a call centre environment. John received numerous awards and accolades for excelling in all areas.
