Current• Maintain Customer Forecast.• Ensure inventory availability to meet customer demand.• Cross department planning with Supply Chain, Production, and Shipping department.• Provide instructions to team members.• Develop standards and procedures for department.• Document customer service discussions and actions.• Maintain accurate records and files of documentation.• Set and maintain all customer service procedures and policies.• Address returns, refunds, credits, and shipping tracking numbers.• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes.• Anticipate and resolve customer service issues.• Evaluate agent and representative performance.• Recruit, hire and train new customer service agents.
