I worked in the Last Mile Technology with the Counter team. Where I worked on the solutions to real-life problems that come up for the counters while the packages need to get either picked up or return at the counter desk. I worked with the counter web app for the store associates that are working at counters. I worked as a Full-stack developer from gathering requirements to deploying the functionalities to live through CI/CD pipelines. I mainly developed the notifications for the counter app from the scratch starting from creating the database, developing the Data Access Layer, and its implementation for the DynamoDB in AWS. I developed the entire backend in JAVA using Google's Guice framework. I created the APIs needed to perform the various operations from the administrator and the store associates and created the front end in React.js for the Counter application. Written the efficient code by following the unit testing strategy of some threshold in the JUnit framework. I also spent most of my team in Operational Excellence and Engineering Excellence by developing the Graphs and Visual presentations for the APIs of the Services. I also worked on the Service Readiness and its parameters for keeping the Service healthy and available all the time. The graphs I made resulted in the impact on On-call performance by keeping the tickets low and improving the service reliability. I created the python script for the DynamoDB operations. Also, I was a part of the counter-level hackathon organized by Amazon in April 2022.
