Managed personnel programs across 180 units with 60K military personnel, and dependents. Supervised 4 direct reports/officers, led 38 indirect reports, and managed 40 contractors. Oversaw operations, maintenance, training, readiness, logistics support, safety, and administration of programs. Developed and executed programs to increase retention and reduce attrition objectives. Coached and trained team to ensure professional growth. Initiated and managed support programs for military, civilians, and families. Directed and led Region Southwest Human Resources Command qualification training program, valued diversity, and inspired cooperative progress. • Coordinated and managed 170+ taskings/projects that included all units, directed and trained 38 individual augmentee personnel, which are temporarily assigned due to specialized skill sets, and organized and planned 16 joint exercises.— Balanced personnel shortages and managed operational requirements, joint and multinational exercises, radiological decontamination initiatives, search/recovery missions, and humanitarian assistance missions.• Selected to serve dual role as Senior Watch Officer; manage 100+ personnel and 26 Navy Recruiting District personnel in security and unit reporting.• Served on Promotion and Lateral Transfer Board; reviewed applicants' qualifications for promotions or lateral transfers to ensure applicants possessed criteria/requirements.

Led largest battalion in region with 5 jointly staffed stations/centers with 260+ employees. Processed applicants for enlistment into Armed Forces/Coast Guard; enlisted/shipped over 50K+ recruits. Administered $44M budget.
