A DOD advisor that also enjoys a part-time job as an assistant athletic director to be able to leverage experience and passion. With 27 years of military service, both enlisted and as an officer, I have a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges and opportunities in this complex and dynamic theater. I have a MBA, a PMP, and a SPHR certification, which reflect my commitment to continuous learning and professional development as a lifelong learner.I am passionate about leading and mentoring teams, building relationships, and solving problems. I find enjoyment in seeing others succeed. I pursue opportunities in business and sports than enable me to feel this personal enrichment of helping others.I have supervised teams as large as 568 people, overseen a budget of over $164 million, planned contracts of over $700 million, and planned and executed tactical and technical training. I have also collaborated with scientists and researchers to shape the future of the Army's sustainment and logistics. My experiential learning through life has given me a strength in storytelling and resilience. I enjoy sharing my experiences and listening to others to see if I may be able to mentor or help in some way if it is wanted.
