• SQL Expertise - the tools and controls used in our daily audits ran off a SQL Server on-prem deployment. I self-taught SQL to better interact with and interpret the results of the audits to gain a deeper understanding.
• Cultivated better relationships with our banking partner and other vendors to more comprehensively understand the data we were receiving and transmitting and what it was being used for. This exercise reduced the number.
• Problem solving - Became the go to person for issues with our payment processing software, reconciliation issues, and more broadly scoped operational questions that did not have a predefined resolution
