At Delos, Janna consulted with clients who are transforming indoor environments to focus on the people that spend time within them. Her role involved working with many members of project teams to help them learn about healthy design, operations and policies and focused primarily on assisting project teams through the process of WELL Building Standard and WELL Community Certifications (30+ WELL projects across the US, Canada and the Philippines). She also played a role in educating the industry through leading webinars and workshops and speaking at related conferences (35+ industry presentations). Additionally, as the Delos Materials Specialist, Janna drew upon her knowledge of healthy and sustainable materials/products to offer clients the best solutions for healthy products when designing and constructing their buildings.Janna also co-project managed the Delos Headquarters project which included coordinating design and construction teams as well as evaluating 1000+ building products for health and sustainability attributes. Janna tracked all requirements and necessary documentation to achieve WELL, LEED (in progress) and Living Building Challenge (LBC) Certifications (one of first projects globally to pursue all 3). Janna also created the tour program for 1,600+ visitors, developed marketing brochures and a virtual tour and conducted all press and VIP tours (including New York Times exclusive) of Delos HQ, a showcase Wellness Real EstateTM project and laboratory.
