Manage the development, evolution, production and sale of several Motorola headend devices (along with associated software releases) used in digital video distribution.Administer roadmaps of controlled products; updating and evolving feature sets with inputs from customer field issues, customer requests and dialogue with internal development and testing teams.Work closely with customers in investigating, identifying and resolving any and all product related issues. Escalate within Motorola as needed, to most efficiently address and resolve critical and outstanding issues.Allocate and manage resources most efficiently to satisfy key customers, while still maintaining standard lead time for lower level customersManaged the implementation of software licensing functionality on Motorola headend equipment. Allowed for a future proof model which enabled customers to expand capacity and functionality on an as need basis. Presented product overviews, roadmaps, and training sessions both internally and externally. Regions of travel include: US, China, and Chile
