As the recipient of a fully-funded scholarship from the Korean government, I earned a Master of Arts degree in International Studies (International Development) from Korea University in Seoul, one of the nation's oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education. Before commencing this Master’s program in September 2022, I spent one year at Chungnam National University’s Institute of International Language Education in Daejeon, studying the Korean language. During this time I attained TOPIK II Level 3.

I serve mid-market clients of all sizes including medium-sized enterprises, large private companies, and portfolio companies of private equity funds. I work closely with senior executives, business owners, and organizational teams across a variety of sectors. I also serve as Chief of Staff to the Marketplace Leader for Southern Ontario and as Client Account Manager for a large priority account in the beverage alcohol industry. Select Project Experience:1. Architectural and Engineering Services – Inclusive Leadership Engagement Provided advisory services to help the client become a more inclusive employer and overcome a gender imbalance in its partnership. I was responsible for deploying a customized survey about factors limiting women's career advancement; conducting interviews with Associates and Principals; designing future state working sessions for the firm’s leadership team; and co-authoring a playbook with recommendations for improving gender equity over a three-to-five year timeframe.2. Multiple Industries – C-Suite Transition Labs (English & French) Delivered customized labs for CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs in a variety of industries, including healthcare, FSI, construction, and mining. I was responsible for conducting stakeholder interviews, preparing facilitator briefing materials, and developing the project deliverable reports.3. Professional Services – Employee Benefits Review. Assisted Talent Management Services with an organization-wide review of employee compensation and benefits programs. Key activities that I was responsible for included designing, implementing, and analyzing a firm-wide survey, conducting focus groups, and writing a final recommendations report.

At 17, I began working for Deloitte in its Consulting practice. Throughout undergrad, I worked 20 hours per week during the academic year and full-time during the summers.Select Project Experience: 1. Healthcare – Digital Hospital Transformation (French) Designed and facilitated an offsite for the Senior Leadership Team of an ultraspecialized hospital centre. The objectives of the session were threefold: (a) to increase awareness about how digital technologies can improve healthcare environments and patients outcomes, (b) to define the vision and strategy for the hospital’s digital transformation, and (c) to establish a clear sense of alignment among organizational leaders.2. Healthcare – Strategic Planning Designed and supported the facilitation of a three-day strategic planning session for the Leadership Team of the Canadian subsidiary of an American multinational health care services company. The objective of the session was to help the team reach consensus on a new long-term vision, market strategy, and key enabling initiatives.3. Financial Services – Fraud Management Alliance. Supported one of Canada's largest providers of business and payments processing services, with staging and delivering a stakeholder workshop on consortium-based fraud risk management. Part of my role was to help the client identify and prioritize consortium fraud use cases which aligned with the goals of Canada’s five largest banking institutions.4. Immigration Law – Business Process ImprovementSupported a corporate immigration law firm with the identification, prioritization, and management of organizational and operational issues by implementing robust and reliable processes and systems to stabilize team effectiveness and enhance service delivery capabilities.

I was contracted by the International Economic Forum of the Americas to conduct live, on-camera interviews with world leaders and decision-makers at its flagship conferences; the Toronto Global Forum in 2016 and 2017 and the Conference of Montreal in 2017.

Despite being only 14 years old at the time, I was hired by a Member of the Canadian Parliament as her Special Assistant. In this job, I managed constituency casework and supported the MP in business related to her role as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health. Other duties that I carried out included open-source research, event planning, speech writing, and stakeholder management.
