Responsible for multiple plants around Ontario and ensuring products meet both CSA and ASTM requirements.• Developed and implemented procedures for how to safely operate and maintain the Wetcast concrete plant in Georgetown, Ontario. (Custom jobs from Calgary to Moncton).• Attended events in the US to develop knowledge in pigment colouring and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).• Worked on time and ergonomic studies to evaluate and improve process flow and safety.
