Subject Matter Expert for data acquisition and integration of DoD ACAT I, MDAP programs. Product developed was a Matrix Mapping Tool (MMT) program for OSD AT&L. Product Purpose was to map capabilities of 500+ systems against the J-8 Joint Integrated Activity Set (JIAS) and JCIDS Functional Capability Areas. Also incorporated current ACTDs into this mapping. My expertise was in understanding the capabilities of all these systems and matrixing them together across multiple capability sets.

PM/SME support for the Delex System Training Systems Division Harpoon Weapon System series of training systems. Program manager for numerous Delex FMS programs.• Extensive foreign travel to Middle East and Asia in support of FMS contracts.• Program Manager for $1.68M foreign material sales contract. Project involved development of high-fidelity weapon system simulation, derived from ADA source code translation. Courseware, technical documentation, and numerous in-country meetings with customer. Completed ahead of schedule and well under budget.• Program Manager for $1.57M foreign material sales contract. Project includes development and upgrade of weapon system simulations, as well is courseware and publication. Program is on schedule and on budget target.• International Marketing Manager for Training Systems Division. Coordinate all marketing activities, briefings, and trade show initiatives for current and potential customers. Maintains liaison with key International Navy activities and representatives. Extensive international travel and customer interaction.• Developed Cruise Missile System Training for worldwide Departments of Defense.
