In my role, I had the privilege of serving as the representative for CMCO hoist and rigging products to a diverse network of distributors across Virginia (VA), West Virginia (WV), Tennessee (TN), Maryland (MD), and Kentucky (KY). My responsibilities were multifaceted and included developing and nurturing strong relationships with the distributors. I facilitated the dissemination of comprehensive product information and provided training where necessary. I also oversaw the entire spectrum of marketing and sales activities to ensure the success of CMCO products within the specific region. I actively communicated with end users to promote the integration of CMCO products into the bidding processes.

During my tenure at Carter Machinery, my role encompassed collaborating with a network of distributors in Western Virginia. This entailed establishing and cultivating robust relationships with the distributors, providing comprehensive product knowledge and training on truck engines, and implementing proficient marketing and sales strategies within the designated territory. Additionally, I directly engaged with end users to advocate for the inclusion of Caterpillar truck engines in bid processes.

During my time at Carolina Hoist & Crane, I was responsible for a large territory spanning North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Virginia (VA), West Virginia (WV), Tennessee (TN), Maryland (MD), and Ohio (OH). My duties included collaborating with end users to define hoist and crane systems, supervising the installation of crane systems, and creating and overseeing maintenance contracts.

I oversaw the operations of a fabrication shop, which involved managing the production of structural steel components and sheet metal fabrication in order to meet the needs of a network of project managers. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of driving sales efforts to position the fabrication shop as a standalone revenue-generating entity.As the Safety Director, I proactively oversaw all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions.
