In the third phase, I support the implementation of the solutions by monitoring them and communicating them to all stakeholders.It drives and motivates me when I analyse the important details of a problem, while also looking at the complete picture. When the problem is clear, I inform the stakeholders and then try to solve the issue, preferably with simple actions and resources.If necessary, I work together with specialists, system builders and customers.
