I believe it is very important to have efficient cooperation with the employees to have a good base from the start.In the second phase, the essence of the problem / question is analysed and the important aspects are included. In the third phase, I support the implementation of the solutions by monitoring them and communicating them to all stakeholders.It drives and motivates me when I analyse the important details of a problem, while also looking at the complete picture. When the problem is clear, I inform the stakeholders and then try to solve the issue, preferably with simple actions and resources.If necessary, I work together with specialists, system builders and customers. I organise and provide training to clients and colleagues.I won’t be satisfied until someone works pleasantly and efficiently, so that money can be earned.Characteristics:People-, customer-, and service-minded.
