Epting Enterprises required a wide range of responsibilities. Both computer hardware and software. This covered many operating systems as well as Windows, Mac OS X and iOS. The most common tasks were remote and over the phone support. My skills were broad and among many other things I had undertaken graphical design and iOS development.

Responsibilities include correctly diagnosing, fixing, and upgrading Macintosh computers in accordance with Apple standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining genuine customer relations with clientele through a positive attitude and general willingness to exceed customer expectations.

Provided excellent member services and maintained member satisfaction. Employed security measures to ensure funds were not compromised. Cashed checks and disbursed monies after verifying signatures, endorsements and member account balances. Explained, promoted and sold credit union products and services.

Customer service, food preparation, cleaning, team building/training. Customer service included greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions. Other daily tasks involved -but not limited to- include operating the drive-thru window, unloading deliveries, cooking, and making deliveries. All while upholding and applying the company’s health and safety guidelines.
